1. Being talent-oriented in your job: After a refresher on the principles around talent- and strength-focused working, we take a closer look at the following principles, which we apply to your own job and career path:

c. leverage skills and non-talents.
2. Talent-oriented jobcrafting, teamcrafting and jobcarving: we apply the learnings from the first part to employees with disabilities: what added value can they bring to your team based on their talent? You get to work and we learn from each other by concretising cases.
From here we take the step to talent-oriented teamcrafting. How does this vision translate into putting together a team based on talent? How to make everyone's talent negotiable at work?
