Learn to use the career tool: Get to work with the tool; you learn to apply the tool in the guidance of employees and/or volunteers, for example within forms of employment care and supported employment.
Working powerfully with employees: Learn to use the concept of ‘talent’ to look at their careers with employees and/or volunteers in a strength-oriented way.
Work skills: Start working with the 8 work qualities (such as cooperation, problem-solving, etc.) from a growth-oriented perspective. Learn concrete methodologies to discuss this with the employee/volunteer.
