Program

1. Positive psychology: together we dive into the origins of talent thinking and positive psychology. We also consider the frameworks of solution-oriented versus problem-solving thinking. Using statements, we will master the difference between the fixed and growth mindset.

2. Talents: what are talents? We familiarize with Luk Dewulf's definition. We discover our own talents and discuss them.

3. Talent in team: how can you discover talents in others? How do you deal with talent as a team? And how do you use the talents of your team to increase involvement and achieve better results?
