Physical diversity refers to differences in physical abilities — how people move, perceive, and communicate physically. These abilities can vary greatly from person to person. In the workshop, you’ll experience what it’s like to live with disabilities such as limited mobility, hearing loss, low vision, or blindness.
Neurodiversity is about differences in how the brain works. People may process stimuli differently, find social codes challenging, or be more sensitive to sensory overload. Examples include autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. During the workshop, we simulate these experiences through exercises that recreate sensory overload, social interactions, and more.
