Inclusion Compass & DEI Workshop at Randstad

Randstad is not only a client but also a valuable partner in creating an inclusive workplace.

  • Inclusion Compass: Together, we developed the Inclusion Compass: a practical tool that helps companies progress toward inclusive entrepreneurship.
    It offers guidance and inspiration to businesses committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion in their workplaces.
  • DEI Week: Our collaboration with Randstad also took shape during their DEI Week in May 2025, where we organised an interactive workshop for employees in Ghent and Brussels. Through an Experience Lab, participants could discover what it’s like to live and work with a physical or cognitive disability. With accessible, hands-on exercises, we built more awareness and motivation to think and act more inclusively.

Workshop on neuro- and physical diversity at Nespresso

  • A short workshop as a starting point: The HR team at Nespresso approached us with a clear request: an English-language workshop for all Belux managers in Brussels. We designed a compact yet impactful session focused on experiential learning, with practical exercises tailored to their specific work environment. The workshop addressed both physical and neurodiversity.
  • Inclusive recruitment: Through persona creation and targeted reflection exercises, participants gained insight into how they can recruit more inclusively.
    We aimed not only to increase awareness but also to show that investing in this talent group is often far more achievable than assumed.
